CANCELLATION: WITHOUT JUST CAUSE

This cancellation refers to any other reason outside the list of cancellations for just cause.

• 90 days or more: 30% of the trip value is non-refundable.
• 89 to 45 days: 50% of the trip value is non-refundable.
• 44-0 days: 100% non-refundable.
• No money will be refunded.
• All values remain in favor of AFondo as a travel voucher.

CANCELLATION: FOR JUST CAUSE

COVID-19 INFECTION, BORDER CLOSURES, PREGNANCY, DEATH OF A FIRST-DEGREE RELATIVE.

Upon presentation of a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, the penalty is 10% of the total trip value regardless of the time frame.

Penalties from each provider apply.

The rest of the values remain in favor as a voucher in AFondo.

AIR SERVICES: 

The cancellation or penalty policies of the airlines apply.

The organizing agency of this program, AFONDO VIAJES Y TURISMO S.A.S, with National Tourism Registry No. 816, fully adheres to Law 300 of 1996 and its subsequent reforms. MEMBER OF: IATA: International Air Transport Association | ANATO: Colombian Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS: 

Registration for this program implies the passenger’s express approval of AFONDO VIAJES Y TURISMO S.A.S’s travel policies, as well as the use of operators and intermediary agencies at the destination.
